Collect your messages from anywhere in the World

Now you don't have to worry about making long distance calls to collect your messages, nor concern yourself that messages sent to you are going to be lost in some anonymous hotel reception.  It’s up to you what you record as your voicemail greeting. Any greeting can be up to 60 seconds in length and you may change your greeting as often as you like - perfect if you are on the move, or in meetings and need to explain to callers what you are up to. You can also have your company name highlighted as the fax station ID of your fax line. This means that when someone faxes you they can see your company name on the header of the document, and similarly when you send a fax from the Unified Messaging web site, its your company name that appears. Once you've listened to your E-mail message over the phone, you don't have to worry about going to the computer to respond to it.  With the simple touch of a button you can respond to your E-mail message immediately over the phone.
